OUTDOOR FEATURES
- Spend hours in the "bug free" screened porch, on the deck, in the yard for lawn games or on the shoreline platform.
- Listen to the loons and enjoy s’mores and campfire songs with the family at lakeside fire pit.
- A lily pad is secured to the dock.
- Enjoy the water toys - two kayaks, and a paddle boat available for guest use.
- 30' dock extending into the lake, with very shallow water. This is not a "jump off the dock" cottage nor is it conducive to anchoring a boat. If intending to bring a boat, you must anchor it out in the deeper part of the lake.
- The shoreline is very shallow which extends out approx. 150' to a raft where the water is deeper; swimming is from the swim raft only!

AREA
- Just a short drive to the towns of Coboconk and Kinmount.
- The Kinmount Theatre should absolutely be on your must visit list. It’s a local gem and a fantastic spot for movie lovers looking for a unique, small-town experience.
- Dining: Right in Coboconk, the Patti House offers casual bar fare; 20 minutes north of the cottage in Norland you'll find the Riverside Inn, and, a worth-while 30 minuted drive north to The Rockcliffe in Moore Falls.
- Local Markets: Kinmount offers a summer Farmer's Market and famous Kinmount Fair the last weekend of the summer.
