All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.
Important guest information:
- Tap water runs through several filtrations system, great for drinking
- Pillows and blankets are provided.
- Bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own. Bed sizes are indicated on the listing.
- You will need to tidy the couttage and grounds and remove all food and garbage/recycling on departure
- Should we have to do an emergency clean and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
- BBQ Gas is provided.
- Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
- Please be sure to watch and clean up after your dog and do not allow it to wander to the neighbour’s property.

Remember to bring:
- Properly sized life jackets for everyone participating in water activities (pertaining to summer bookings).
- Toilet paper, paper towel and tissue - a starter supply is provided so please replenish what you use.
- Firewood - If intending to use the cottage fire pit, please ensure you source firewood local to the cottage to prevent the transit of invasive species to our area.
- A flashlight with fresh batteries for those dark evenings!
A Welcome Book/Property Information Booklet is wall mounted in the entry hall and contains important guest information upon your arrival - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:
- garbage information - please bring Clear Garbage Bags, there is no compost program - all compost goes into household, recycling is mandatory with details in the welcome book
- location of cleaning supplies
- power failure instructions
- primary contact information.

Mandatory Services
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee: $175.00 per stay plus HST
- Security Deposit: $500.00 per stay
- The Security Deposit will be returned to you within 10 business days after the check-out date if there is no damage, extra cleaning or garbage removal required. See Terms & Conditions for further details.
Payment Notes
There is a deposit required of 30% of the rental rate plus the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and HST upon booking and we will use your VISA or MC.
The balance is due 60 days in advance of your arrival by email transfer, post-dated cheque or credit card.

Guest Comments: Wonderful week at a spectacular cottage! The owners of this cottage have absolutely thought of everything! Beautifully decorated cottage, awesome bar/boathouse/tiki hut, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and lots of indoor activities if needed for a rainy afternoon! The water is Crystal clear here at Crystal Lake and the dock has lots of seating room too! We had a fabulous family vacation and can't wait to return!
