Guests can drive to the water front down the 200' driveway from the cottage.
30ft dock is reinforced to withstand 1200 lbs; Everyone in the family can enjoy time on the dock together, with custom dock size and planks for ease of movement for electric wheelchairs
5ft depth off the dock, gradual entry into deep water from shoreline. The shoreline is a mix of sand and rock, and there is aquatic plant life as you swim out past the dock.

All of our cottages are checked in between each group of Guests to confirm that everything is in order for your arrival.
- This cottage comes with a cleaning upon departure and full linen service. We ask that you kindly tidy, do the dishes, remove all food and place your separated garbage in garage - please ensure garage door is always kept closed.
- All bedding, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are provided.
- Drinking water comes from a well and runs through a UV filtration system - great for drinking.
- For security reasons, the cameras facing the back of the cottage are live and recording.
- BBQ gas is provided.
- Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
- Please be sure to watch and clean up after your dog and do not allow it to wander to the neighbour’s property.

Remember to bring:
- Properly sized life jackets for everyone participating in water activities (pertaining to summer bookings).
- Toilet paper, paper towel and tissue - a starter supply is provided so please replenish what you use.
- Firewood - If intending to use the cottage fire pit, please ensure you source firewood local to the cottage to prevent the transit of invasive species to our area.
- A flashlight with fresh batteries for those dark evenings!
A Welcome Book, located on the kitchen table, contains important guest information upon your arrival - please ensure you familiarize yourself with its contents, such as:
- garbage information for properly sorting recycling and storing for pick up after guests departure.
- location of cleaning supplies
- power failure instructions
- primary contact information.

Mandatory Services
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee: $175.00 per stay plus HST
- Cleaning: $0.00 per stay plus HST
- Cleaning and full linen package is included along with properly sorted garbage removal, guests are to leave the cottage tidy with all food removed.
- Security Deposit: $1,000.00 per stay
- The Security Deposit will be returned to you within 5 business days after the check-out date if there is no damage, extra cleaning or garbage removal required. See Terms & Conditions for further details.
Payment Notes
There is a deposit required of 30% of the rental rate plus the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and HST upon booking and we will use your VISA or MC.
The balance is due 60 days in advance of your arrival by email transfer, post-dated cheque or credit card.
