Note: The Owners will greet you on arrival or the next day to guide you through the amenities of the cottage so you can have a comfortable stay and find everything you need to make it enjoyable!

• Cleaning: $275.00 per stay plus HST
Guests may purchase the cleaning option prior to final payment. Guests are still required to leave the cottage tidy, with all food and garbage/recycling removed.
• Hot Tub Rental Fee: $325.00 per stay plus HST
Guests may purchase the Hot Tub Rental option prior to final payment. Hot tub is included in 2-3 night stays in the off-season, exclusive of holidays.
• Linens: $300.00 per stay plus HST
Guests may purchase the linen option that provides bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens.

What to expect:
* Water – Drinking water comes in through the drilled well. There is a water dispenser in the sunroom.
* Pillows and blankets are provided.
* Bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided (unless otherwise arranged during the booking process) - you will need to bring your own. Bed sizes are indicated in the listing.
* You will need to clean the cottage (unless otherwise arranged during the booking process), remove all garbage and food, and ensure grounds/fire pit are free from garbage when you check out as per welcome book instructions.
* Should we have to do an emergency clean over and above and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
* BBQ Gas is provided.
* Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
* Flagstone owners will allow one small-medium adult non-shedding dog on approval.
* Please be sure to watch and clean up after your dog and do not allow it to wander to the neighbour's property.
* Water levels at the lake: you may notice that, when you arrive at the cottage, the lake level/shoreline may be different from the photos you saw on the listing. That's because water levels are controlled by the Trent-Severn Waterway(TSW). Historically, this means lake levels tend to be higher in June-July and drawn down in August-September.
