What to expect:

* Water – Drinking water comes in through the drilled well, great for drinking. Tested yearly.
* Pillows and blankets are provided.
* You will need to clean the cottage, remove all garbage and food, and ensure grounds/fire pit are free from garbage when you check out as per welcome book instructions.
* Should we have to do an emergency clean over and above and/or remove any garbage/recycling, fees will be applied per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to.
* BBQ Gas is provided.
* Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
* Glass bottles are not permitted at the water, please use provided plastic glasses or bring cans.
* Please note: Rainbow Bay is a no pet cottage.
* Water levels at the lake: you may notice that, when you arrive at the cottage, the lake level/shoreline may be different from the photos you saw on the listing. That's because water levels are controlled by the Trent-Severn Waterway(TSW). Historically, this means lake levels tend to be higher in June-July and drawn down in August-September.
