OUTDOOR FEATURES

What to expect:

* Water – Drinking water comes in through the drilled well and runs through a filtration system; great for drinking. There is also a water dispenser with a starter jug for guests.
* Pillows and blankets are provided.
* Bed sheets, indoor and outdoor towels and kitchen linens are not provided - you will need to bring your own. Bed sizes are indicated in the listing.
* Cleaning - Clean on departure service provided. Guests are still required to leave the cottage tidy, all food removed, garbage and recycling (properly sorted as per Welcome Book instructions) and taken to the landfill on departure using provided pass.
* BBQ Gas is provided.
* Smoking/vaping and the lighting of candles is not permitted within the cottage.
* Please note: Sunshine Shores is a no pet cottage.
* Water levels at the lake: you may notice that, when you arrive at the cottage, the lake level/shoreline may be different from the photos you saw on the listing. That's because water levels are controlled by the Trent-Severn Waterway(TSW). Historically, this means lake levels tend to be higher in June-July and drawn down in August-September.
